Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Vilayo mobile game ("the app") by TechNatch Labs. By installing or playing Vilayo you agree to them. Your use of Google Play is also covered by Google's own terms.

1. The game

Vilayo is free to play. Every level can be played without paying. We may add, change or remove games, levels and features in updates.

2. The Full Pass

The Full Pass is an optional one-time purchase through Google Play, not a subscription. It removes ads and unlocks the extras described in the app. Its price is shown in the app and on Google Play before you buy. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. You can restore the pass on another device signed in to the same Google account.

3. No gambling, no real-money prizes

Vilayo has no betting, entry fees, cash prizes or currency that can be exchanged for money. Stars, boosters and powers have no monetary value and cannot be sold or transferred.

4. Fair use

Please do not modify, hack, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

5. Content

The game, its art, music, sounds, characters and text belong to TechNatch Labs or its licensors. Third-party assets are used under their licences.

6. No warranty

Vilayo is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Saved progress lives on your device and can be lost if the app or its data is deleted.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, TechNatch Labs is not liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
