Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Vilayo mobile game ("the app"), made by TechNatch Labs ("we", "us"), handles information. In short: we do not ask for, collect or store your personal information. The only data that leaves your phone goes to Google, for ads and for purchases, as described below.

1. No account, no personal data

Vilayo has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location or any other personal information, and we have no server that receives data from the app.

2. Data kept on your phone

Your progress (levels, stars, items, settings and the pieces you collect) is saved only on your device. The app also keeps a small anonymous log of game events (for example "first game started") on your device; it contains no identifiers and is never sent to us or anyone else. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes all of this.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Vilayo shows optional rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one (for an extra help). Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect and process your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and ad interactions to show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud. Ads are limited to content rated suitable for general audiences. Where required (for example in the EEA and UK), you are asked for consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice in the app. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. 4. Purchases (Google Play)

The optional Full Pass is a one-time purchase made through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment; we never see or store your card or payment details. The app only receives a purchase confirmation from Google so it can unlock the pass and restore it on a new phone. See Google Payments Privacy Notice.

5. Sharing your results

If you tap Share, the app creates a picture of your result on your phone and hands it to the app you choose. We do not receive it.

6. Children

Vilayo is made for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Selling or sharing data

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone, apart from the Google services described above, which the app needs to show ads and process purchases.

8. Deleting your data

Because everything is stored on your device, uninstalling Vilayo or clearing its app data in your phone's settings removes it completely. There is no account to delete.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
